About Martin Property Overseas
The Martin Property Overseas website is run by two seasoned property professionals - David Hawes and Steve Martin.
David, a NAEA qualified Estate Agent has been in the property industry most of his working life. For the last 10 years he has sold overseas property in various locations around the globe. His role is to liase between you and developers to ensure everything from your initial enquiry through to the key hand over and be on runs smoothly.
As an ARLA qualified letting agent, Steve set up and run his own Letting Agency for several years before diversifying into selling property abroad. Steve has a passion for property and online marketing and takes care of the marketing and technical side of the business.
