Martin Property
Overseas is a trading arm of Martin Property
Management Limited. Initially dealing just in
property letting and management in the UK. After an
exceptionally successful start to this side of the
business we were looking to diversify into other
areas. The typical approach for a letting agency is
to move into the UK Sales and Estate Agency
business, however with the current UK market
situation it has proved more astute to venture into
the overseas market. Although there is doom and
gloom in the news about house prices in the UK, the
rental market remains strong and most of our clients
are happy to keep their existing properties.
However, many of our landlord investors are looking
to invest in other markets to diversify their
portfolios. We, therefore, have an opportunity to
maintain our excellent relationships with current
clients by offering them an alternative to the UK
market.
Our overseas property
business is built on the strong foundation of
excellent customer service delivered by our lettings
business. This is enhanced by working only with
overseas property developers that have an
established reputation for offering the highest
levels of build quality and customer satisfaction.
